Groovy Tie-Dye Cupcakes!

I'm always thrilled when I actually make something from one of my Pinterest boards.  I repin and repin (and repin some more!) and often forget what I've repinned/have on my boards.
 
Anyhoo, I needed a cupcake.  Fast!  Something different, easy, and without much mess potential.

Isn't this cute?  It's so easy!  Just squeeze one drop of food coloring on top of batter before you pop pan into oven, drag a toothpick through it and cook!  Don't overdue the mixing...
 
My daughter's comp team is heading to Nationals at Disney next week and we had a breakfast to celebrate.  A little clipart and a Popsicle stick later...
